On 28th June 2017, CARE Australia’s Representative –Prof. Stephen Howes, and Mrs. Le Kim Dung - director of CARE International in Vietnam, visited and worked with the ADC.

The delegation had visited to the project area of the ADC with a view to learning more about the process of forest land allocation, and the issuance of forest land use right certification that previous CARE-funded projects were implemented.

The delegation also worked with the management board of ADC and Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry to share and discuss future cooperation opportunities. At the meeting, Dr. Ho Ngoc Son - Deputy Director of ADC, shared more about the cooperation between CARE International in Vietnam and the ADC in recent years and the progress of the project “Women’s Economic Empowerment through Agricultural Value Chain Enhancement - WEAVE ".
