On 18 May 2016, ADC and Women’s Union of Bac Kan province organized the investigation on “Learning about the involvement of women in agricultural production". Participants in the investigation included specialists of CARE international in Vietnam, CARE international in Australia, Oxfam, SNV, staffs of Women’s Union of Bac Kan province and ADC.

Finishing the investigation, the specialists appreciated the confidence in communication, sharing of women participated in the investigation, the efforts of ADC in the process of enhancing the role, position in forest production, climate change adaptation and social activities for women. However, for women to promote their roles in social activities, the production needs to have advantages in mechanism, environment and the participation of revenant stakeholders.'
