Regulations on supporting poor households in participating in afforestation

Poor households of ethnic minorities or Kinh ethnic living in the commune having a difficult condition in the socio-economic and mountainous area participating in afforestation will be supported under the Decree 75/2015 / NDCP. In specific:
- Being supported from 05 to 10 million/ha to buy seedlings, fertilizer and partial labor costs by cash for timber plantations, non-timber forest plantations depending on the business cycle of the tree types as estimated.
- In addition to this supporting level, the Social Policy Bank (SPB) or Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development also support loans without security assets the value of remaining investments with a maximum of 15 million/ha, the interest rate of 1.2% / year.
- Being subsidized with 15 kg rice/person/month or in cash corresponding to 15 kg of rice/person/month at the time of subsidy in the time of not having the food self-sufficiency.
- Besides, the Social Policy Bank supports lending without ensuring assets to raise buffalo, cow and other castles with a loan of up to 50 million with an interest rate of 1.2% / year.
Decree 75/2015/ND-CP became active as from 02/11/2015.
