Training of trainer: “Social Analysis and Action” in I2I project

From 31/10/2017 to 3/11/2017, ADC in collaboration with CARE International in Vietnam organized a 4-day TOT training course using a proven approach "Social Analysis and Action" (SAA).
With the helpful support of CARE experts, together with the active spirit of learning and sharing of participants - NorthNet members, the training had created a comfortable space for participants to share, listen and analyze experiences of gender and social norms, not only the individual experiences but also experiences with those around them and experiences in the community.
