Training Workshop on VSLA/LARC Management Skills

In the framework of the project I2I, on 19-20 Sept 2017, ADC organized a training workshop on VSLA/LARC Management Skills for representatives of VSLA/LARC teams in Thanh Van and Mai Lap communes. This training aims to help participants enhance capacity and management skills.
With the enthusiastic learning spirit and desire to gain more knowledge, participants had 2 meaningful training day on the operating procedures of the group meeting as well as necessary skills for the management board. Here, they share the difficulties encountered when running group activities and what they do love when they join as a part of the VSLA/LARC team.
