On 24/08/ 2017, ADC staff participated in the workshop on preparation for the establishment of Thanh Van Trade and service cooperative organized by Thanh Van Commune People's Committee. Participants in the workshop included Thanh Van Commune's chairman and staff, two specialists of the Bac Kan Province Cooperative Alliance, ADC staff and household representatives who had registered to join the cooperative. According to the wishes and plans of the ADC, the People's Committee and the people of Thanh Van commune, the establishment of the cooperative will be a solid legal foundation for the cooperation between farmers and agricultural product processing companies.

In the opening of the workshop, Mr. Ha Van Huong shared: "This workshop was organized to prepare for the upcoming official establishment of the cooperative. In this workshop we will discuss and clarify problems related to the establishment process with the support of two counselors of the cooperative law. "

Under the support of two experts on the establishment of the cooperative, the obstacles as well as provisions of Law related to the establishment of the cooperative have been answered and shared thoroughly at the seminar.
