Project objective: Strengthening institutional capacity for climate change adaptation of ethnic minority groups in Bac Kan province
Result 1: ADC is a influential and sustainable organization recognized as effective and legitimate change agent for rights-based ethnic minority inclusion in line with their strategic plans.
Result 2: The EM led networks and organizations in alliance with ADC are empowered to actively feed information into decision-making processes at different levels and engage with alliance partners in learning and capacity development.
Result 3: Policy-makers and planners engage with ADC and ADC’s networks to address development effectiveness and rights issues related to ethnic minorities
