From 9 March 2019 to March 13, 2019, ADC welcomed the delegation from Kachin Baptist Convention to visit and work.

On March 9, 2019, ADC was delighted to welcome the delegation of Kachin Baptist Convention from Myanmar to visit and work with the ADC and Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry. Deputy Director of ADC - Dr. Ho Ngoc Son introduced about ADC as well as the fields that ADC is working on. The delegation visited some models in the TUAF university such as hydroponic vegetable model and fruit tree nursery. In addition, the delegation also visited a cooperative of Khe Coc organic tea production, Tuc Tranh commune, Phu Luong district, Thai Nguyen province.

Connecting with other organizations, on March 10, 2019, ADC brought KBC delegation to visit Thanh Van commune, Mai Lap, Cho Moi district, Bac Kan province. Here, the chairman of Thanh Van commune - Mr. Ha Van Huong shared about the process of land and forest allocation, granting land use certificates to people in Thanh Van commune. In addition, the delegation was also shared more information about the process of establishing Hop Thanh Thanh Van Cooperative - based on the model of banana production and processing, native plant varieties here, and the village loan saving associations (VSLA) model of women. The delegation also participated in a regular activity of the VSLA Ban Pyoo group and visited the model of growing banana plantations with medicinal plants of ADC.

On March 11, 2019, the KBC delegation visited a number of fruit tree models (guava, grapefruit, litchi, peach, star apple), a model combining chicken farming in pomelo growing areas, and a Rice noodles making village in Tan Yen district, Bac Giang province. The delegation was warmly welcomed by leaders and people in Tan Yen district and Lien Son commune.

On March 12, 2019, ADC and the KBC delegation arrived in Hanoi to meet the Community Entrepreneurship Development Institute (CENDI) and the Northwest Social Enterprise. At the office of CENDI organization, the delegation was shared with valuable information on the issuance of forest land ownership and livelihood sovereignty of indigenous communities. Before the end of the working day, the delegation had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Dinh Thi Huyen from the Northwest Social Enterprise, and was shared how a social enterprise operates and how they support the development of mountainous community.
