The working visit of Professor Goto Daisaku, Hiroshima University, Japan to the ADC and Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry

In four days from 13th to 16th, August 2015, Professor Goto Daisaku - economics expert of Hiroshima University, Japan had visited and worked with the ADC. For welcoming the professor, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dien – The Rector of Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, Director of ADC and ADC’s staff.
This was the first visit of professor GOTO Daisaku to the ADC and Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, offering opportunities for cooperation between the two universities in general and in particular with the ADC. In addition, with the support of the ADC, Prof. GOTO and researchers have done an investigation on the effectiveness of the use of bank capital policy for the investment in the development of agro-forestry production, especially the investment in forestry development in Thanh Van and Mai Lap communes, Cho Moi district, Bac Kan province.
After the visit, Professor GOTO Daisaku had appreciated the meaning and outcomes of the working visit with ADC’s staff, local authorities and communities in Thanh Van and Mai Lap communes. Professor GOTO Daisaku expressed his trust to the development and effectiveness of the friendship and cooperation relations between the two universities in general and relations between the ADC and the University of Hiroshima in particular. At the same time, he confirmed that the results of the working visit will contribute to strengthening the friendship relations, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation among the ADC, the University of Thai Nguyen and the University school Hiroshima, Japan in the future.
