ADC organized a Study tour in Bac Kan. This is an activity of the project "Promotion of indigenous knowledge based climate change resilient and organic farming practices in the northen mountainous region of Vietnam" funded by GRET- the operational partner of the Agroecology Learning alliance in South East Asia (ALiSEA). Participants of the study tour were NorthNet members, ADC, Bac Kan officials and local farmers.
The tour has provided an opportunity for participants to learn and share their experience on indigenous knowledge based agro-ecological practices. Participants also expressed their wish to have more experience sharing activities like this for other localities. Since then, the model can be replicated and implemented not only in Bac Kan but also in other northern mountainous provinces.
