In October 2017, ADC organized a training workshop on scaling up indigenous knowledge based agro-ecological livelihood practices in Thai Nguyen. This activity is part of the project "Promotion of indigenous knowledge based climate change resilient and organic farming practices in the northen mountainous region of Vietnam" funded by GRET- the operational partner of the Agroecology Learning alliance in South East Asia (ALiSEA). Participants of the workshop were NorthNet members and representatives from Bac Kan province.
At the workshop, participants had the opportunity to learn and share information and activities related to indigenous knowledge based agro-ecological livelihood models. Participants also gained a better understanding of the important role, sustainability and potential of replication of these models.
