Summary of vocational training work of ADC

According to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 1956/QD-TTg dated November 27, 2009 approving the project: "Vocational training for rural laborers up to 2020"; Decision No. 971/QD-TTg dated July 1, 2015 of the Prime Minister on amending and supplementing Decision No. 1956/QD-TTg of November 27, 2009 of the Prime Minister on approval project: "Vocational training for rural workers until 2020";

Based on practice, people need knowledge and professional training, especially technical skills in agriculture. Agriculture and Forestry Research and Development center for Mountainous Region (ADC) - Under the Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, is responsible for enrollment and vocational training for people in Thai Nguyen province.

Specifically:

- Enrollment: From January 1, 2017, to September 20, 2021, a total of 580 students were enrolled.

- Infrastructure:

+ Number of theoretical classrooms: 04

+ Practical model: 8,000 m2 CNC greenhouse for vocational training

- Teaching staff: 14 teachers including 5 masters and 9 doctors with high expertise in the field of animal husbandry, veterinary medicine and horticulture

- Outcomes: 580/580 students were granted degrees. In there:

+ The total number of apprentices taking the test and graduation exam: 124 people. In which, 94 people at the elementary level; Regular training: 30 people.

+ The total number of people who are recognized for graduation: 124 people. In which, 94 people at the elementary level; Regular training: 30 people.

In 2020:

+ Total number of apprentices taking the test and graduation exam: 456 people. In which, the elementary level is 201 people; Regular training: 255 people.

+ The total number of people who are recognized for graduation: 456 people. In which, the elementary level is 201 people; Regular training: 255 people.

- Results of job settlement after vocational training

Evaluation of job placement after vocational training, effectiveness after vocational training, counseling, job placement for students after the course, percentage of students having jobs/total graduation.

The number of people with jobs after graduation is 580/580. In there:

- 2017: not yet registered for training

- In 2018: not yet registered for training

- Until September 28, 2021:

+ Having jobs after graduation: 580 people; in which: TTX is 285 people. , primary vocational training is 295 people

- Evaluation of job placement after vocational training, effectiveness after vocational training, counseling and job introduction for students after the course

- In 2019

Agriculture and Forestry Research and Development center for Mountainous Region (ADC) has trained 01 regular vocational class "Growing safe vegetables" in Nam Hoa commune, Dong Hy district. After being trained, all trainees have participated in local safe vegetable production and this is the main human resource in Nam Hoa Xanh Company, and Nam Hoa Safe Vegetable Cooperative will be established in the near future.

+ Students of the elementary vocational class "Growing high-tech vegetables" in Duong Thanh, students participating in the Duong Thanh safe vegetable and fruit cooperative

Students of other vocational classes, after completing the training program, return to their localities to participate in production labor at home or create their own jobs.

- In 2020:

In 2020, Agriculture and Forestry Research and Development center for Mountainous Region (ADC ) has trained 07 regular vocational classes including the following occupations: 4-class safe vegetable growing, 1 citrus growing class, 1 orchid growing class, and 1 blanket class organic chicken and pig farming.

07 primary vocational classes including 05 training classes for cooperative directors, 01 class on high-tech vegetable growing, 01 class on using veterinary drugs in livestock production.

+ Trainees of vocational classes after completing the training program return to their localities to participate in production labor at home or create jobs by themselves.
