Main objectives:
Assessing current situation on gender equality, ability to improve gender equality of ethnic minority communities through projects of partners participating in the GREAT program in Lao Cai in 3 periods: the beginning, midterm and the end of period.
Expected outcome and main activities:

Building input database on gender issue, economic of enthic minority women in Lao Cai province, those who are benefited by GREAT program.

Developing a midterm database on gender problems, economic position of women and suggestions.

Building the end of the period's database on achievements in supporting and improving gender equality of partners participating in the GREAT program as well as some suggestions for the next period.
