From November 17 to November 21, 2017, ADC conducted a field research on indigenous knowledge in Phuc Loc commune, Ba Be district, Bac Kan province. ADC has focused on three major ethnic groups: Tay, Mong and Dao, with a desire to find indigenous knowledge of ethnic minorities in mountainous areas that have been used to adapt to the changing climate which becomes increasingly harsh.
This activity is part of the project "Using Indigenous Knowledge to Enhance Community Resilience to Climate Change in Mountainous region of Vietnam" by the Asia-Pacific Network for Global Change (APN).
